How to play Beerio Kart

The first rule of Beerio Kart is that it must be played with a beverage. The beverage may be anything of your choice, including water, but it must be a minimum of 16 ounces of liquid.
Beerio Kart must be played in balloon battle mode. Race mode or other battle modes are not allowed.
Each match consists of four rounds of three minutes each for a total of twelve minutes of match time. Matches must be played with coms set to hard mode and bikes only. Items shall be set to frantic and map select shall be random.
Players must finish their beverage before the game ends. Players may not drink in between rounds, and drinking and driving is not allowed. Players may fire items while drinking, including mushrooms or other items that may cause them to move. Players may not touch the any stick or button other than the fire button. Failure to finish a drink results in a penalty.

Penalties

Players can accumulate penalties through course of a game for several reasons. It is up the participants of the game to decide what form of punishment a penalty shall receive. Penalites include:

• Failure to finish a drink
• Ending any single round with zero points
• Ending a match in last place

Additionally, a player that ends a round with all five of their own color balloons may assign a penalty to any other player.
The winner of the game is the player with the most points at the end of the fourth round that has finished their drink.
